Refund Policy — Dog Vibes Only™

Thank you for shopping with Dog Vibes Only™.

Because our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer error.

However, we will happily replace any item that arrives:

✔ Damaged
✔ Defective
✔ Misprinted
✔ Incorrect due to a production issue

To request a replacement:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will submit a replacement request immediately.

Non-returnable items include:

  • All apparel (hoodies, shirts, matching sets)

  • Dog bandanas

  • Holiday items

  • Bundles

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if the product cannot be replaced or if the item arrives completely unusable due to a manufacturing error.
